JUGEMENT EN APPROBATION

DE TRANSACTION

L’audience relative à l’approbation du règlement, dont le montant des honoraires des avocats des demandeurs, a eu lieu le 18  juillet  2014 à 8 h 30 en salle 2.08, au Palais de justice de Montréal.

Lors de l’audience, le tribunal considèrera les commentaires ou objections au règlement dûment soumis.

Un membre du groupe qui désire  déposer une formulaire de réclamation, doit le faire au plus tard le 18 juillet 2015.

SETTLEMENT APPROVAL JUDGMENT

The hearing with respect to the approval of the settlement, and of the amount of the legal fees of Plaintiffs’ counsel, has took place on July 18, 2014 at 8:30 a.m., in Room 2.08 of the Montreal Court House.

A member of the group wishing to  file a claim shall submit his claim form

no later thant July 18th 2015

Although they are not required to do so, the members of the group, whether or not they have made any comments or objections, may attend the approval hearing, in person or represented by counsel.
